ParkMarket takes a 12.5% service fee from the booking total. You choose, per listing, whether you cover it entirely or split it with the guest.
Card processing fees from our payment provider may also apply and will always be shown before a booking is confirmed.
Guests pay for a booking through Stripe at checkout. If a host declines a request or a guest cancels, the payment is refunded straight back to the card it came from — nothing sits in a ParkMarket balance.
